Message: These folks did upstairs, downstairs and wide, steep stairway of my 1924 house with original floors. Came out warm and nice. And although I advised them they didn't need to be overly careful of the baseboards or stair risers (the woodwork was being sanded and painted later), there was little visible sign of a wandering sander. This was a challenging job; old, sticky varnish, a gigantic 1902 piano to move and work around. But the results were excellent at a fair price.
