Message: Our experience is that ESM is a company that really stands behind you. We use them to maintain our generator. When our Generac mobile link device failed because it got wet (it is made to mount outside! ), ESM stepped in and set a new one up at no charge. Plus they have done an excellent job of maintaining our generator. We strongly suggest getting an annual maintenance contract from ESM and using them for your electrical needs. Good company. Great people!

Message: I had a General Standby generator installed on 10-22-20. I was so pleased that they were extremely punctual first of all. That's a great first impression! They proceeded to tell me exactly how they would get started and approximately when they would have to shut my power off. They made sure to check with me when the time came in case I wasn't ready. So polite. They answered any of my questions and I noticed how organized they were as the team went to work. Did a great job of cleaning up the area after they were done. The young man who came the next day to do the intial start up was again on time, polite and answered my questions. Can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again.
